They’ve crafted this for us at their base in Haro, where winemaker Julio Sáenz has been working his magic for over 20 years using a mix of cutting-edge technology and hand-harvested Tempranillo grapes grown 500 metres above sea level. Aged for two years in American oak barriques and longer in bottle to earn a Reserva classification, the wine has intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry, as well as vanilla, coffee and hazelnut notes.
