Just north of Corbières, they run Domaine de Valliere in the Minervois appellation. This sustainably made Syrah-Grenache blend is kept unoaked to let its fruity flavours shine. Expect powerful and complex flavours of ripe cherry and dried fruits, with a fresh minerality and baking spices. Its notes of star anise and clove would compliment roasted duck in cherry sauce perfectly..
